This service may be suitable for older people seeking support through My Aged Care and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). CHSP is an entry-level government-funded program that helps eligible older people access practical and social support while living at home.

The program is suitable for older people who speak Cantonese or Mandarin, live in Brisbane South or the Logan River Valley region, and would like more social connection during the week.
Participants can enjoy gentle exercise, games, singing, health talks, festival and birthday celebrations, outings, and time to chat with friends, along with morning tea and lunch.
Our adult day care in Brisbane South and Logan runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm, except on public holidays.
Yes, eligible older people may be able to access this day care through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme after an assessment via My Aged Care.
