我的看護熱心為長者服務，除了幫我處理日常生活的需要外，還注意減輕我的孤獨和心理問題。她帶我去拜訪朋友、散步、看狗、看花、看公園裡玩耍的小孩。她還會和我聊天，讓我的生活更充實、思維更活躍、心情更開朗。我感受到她所帶來的溫暖。在我生命的最後階段，我很幸運能得到她的幫助和照顧。
我母親年紀大了，她在生活的許多方面都無法照顧自己。幸運的是，她有一位知識淵博、勤奮、細心、有愛心和耐心的看護人照顧她，讓她可以在家享受晚年生活。每當我母親發小脾氣拒絕洗澡時，護理員總是耐心地想辦法讓我母親開心並願意洗澡。上個月是我母親的生日，看護人員還帶來了生日禮物，這讓我們全家人都深受感動。
居家照護主任親切友善，願意聆聽客戶的意見，安排高素質的員工照顧我，讓我可以安心享受晚年生活。所有員工都守時、有禮、尊重長者、和藹、耐心、關懷、工作負責。

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The kindest staff you could possibly ask for. They helped both of my parents with domestic assistance and personal care. They go beyond their call of duty and have always care for my parents health and have become really close with the staff, that help them with their home support and take them shopping as well. We wouldn't know what we would do without them. Also they help to take them to the Chinese Fraternity gatherings. They are just wonderful and I thank them sincerely and appreciate all they have done for my parents in taking excellent care of their welfare. Thank you so much more than words give you credit for.

Very easy to communicate. All the answers had been answered promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended this provider to everyone who need help.

At first was concerned as could only have full provider managed without any self managed, however, the fees are worth the service.

You don't have to be Chinese to use the Fraternity, iam,Dutch heritage born and raised in Australia.
